Notion launches a developer platform to become an AI agent orchestration hub

What it is
Notion has introduced a Developer Platform that transforms it from a note
taking app into a programmable orchestration layer for AI agents. It includes
Workers – a cloud sandbox for custom code – database sync from any API
source, and direct integration with external agents like Claude Code, Cursor,
and Codex. Since February, Notion customers have already built over 1 million
agents on the platform.
Why it Matters for Enterprises
For enterprises already using Notion for knowledge management, this opens the
door to building internal agents, syncing live business data, and automating
workflows - without needing separate automation platforms or custom
infrastructure.
