Rapidflow Inc. Heads to Chicago: Connecting with the Oracle Midwest Community at OATUG Chicago Regional Summit 2026
Rapidflow Inc. is delighted to participate in the OATUG Chicago Regional Summit 2026 on September 1st, a one-day regional event hosted by the Oracle Applications & Technology Users Group (OATUG) at The Westin Chicago Lombard. The summit brings together the Oracle Midwest community – customers, partners, and industry leaders – for a day focused on practical, real-world AI and Oracle innovation.
A Regional Summit Built for Practical AI and Oracle Insights
The Chicago Regional Summit is designed around one idea: real conversations, real connections, and real advantage. Throughout the day, attendees will hear from Oracle experts, ACE-level architects, and enterprise IT leaders on how AI agents, Oracle Fusion, EBS, and multi-cloud strategies are being applied inside real organizations – not just discussed in theory.
Rapidflow will be on the ground throughout the day, connecting with the Oracle community and engaging with the ideas shaping the next phase of enterprise AI and Oracle transformation.
What’s on the Agenda
The single-day summit is packed with sessions spanning AI strategy, Oracle Fusion, EBS modernization, and enterprise architecture:
1. Opening General Session – AI: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
Richard Niemiec, Chief Innovation Officer at Viscosity North, opens the day with a candid look at where AI genuinely delivers for Oracle Fusion Apps, where it still stumbles, and what it takes to make AI agents work reliably using the Oracle Vector database.
2. Panel – How Are You Leveraging Latest Technology Trends Within Your Business Today
IT and enterprise application leaders from Gerber Plumbing Fixtures, Videojet Technologies, and Bel Fuse share how they’re applying today’s technology trends inside their own organizations, facilitated by Inyxa.
3. Lunch Roundtables
Attendees choose from hot-topic table discussions covering AI agents in finance, getting more out of Oracle EBS, RFID for inventory tracking, Excel-based data entry and master data maintenance, security and controls for Oracle Fusion Cloud, and how to choose among the growing field of Oracle AI agent tools.
4. Breakout Sessions
Two rounds of breakouts dig into untapped potential in EBS, the workflow design decisions that determine AI success, governed data and analytics on Oracle’s AI Data Platform, multi-cloud architecture strategies for Oracle workloads, AI agents as a gateway to smarter business automation, and building customizable application layers with Oracle APEX.
Closing Keynote:
Gil Traverse, Director of the Office of Technology & Innovation at Oracle, closes out the day with a look at where Oracle’s roadmap is headed next.
